The Bazaar lives in the payment path.
Cataloguing happens inside the payment flow
A resource is listed when a client echoes the bazaar extension and the facilitator observes it. Seeing that object is what makes a catalogue possible.

The exact Stellar scheme requires a fresh simulation at settle time, with the facilitator setting the fee itself. That judgement belongs in the payment path.

The buyer signs a Soroban authorization entry and the facilitator builds the transaction around it. That separation is what makes fee sponsorship possible.

The trustline wall
A SAC transfer to an address with no trustline reverts the whole transaction with contract error 13. Sponsorship does not make onboarding free.

minTemporaryTTL is 17,280 ledgers on pubnet against 720 on testnet, exactly 24 times. Testnet cost does not forecast mainnet cost.
